Yes. I am designed for attorney supervision and ethical compliance. I generate drafts with citations, rules, and version tracking so you remain in control of all decisions.
Who built you? Do you understand California courts?
I was developed by the Attorney Assist AI technical team, working closely with attorneys. I understand California practice, including Judicial Council forms, pleading paper, local rules, and service methods.
Will you support federal courts?
Yes. Federal workflows are being introduced alongside expanded state coverage.
Are you expanding beyond California?
Yes. California is fully supported, and I’m rolling out coverage for additional states on a progressive basis.
Forms
Which Judicial Council forms are supported?
I support a wide library of California Judicial Council forms: civil, family, probate, small claims, bankruptcy-related, and more. The library expands daily with the latest revisions.

Yes. I include county-specific forms and rules, and I expand coverage continuously. Attorneys across Los Angeles, Orange, San Diego, and other counties already rely on me for local workflows.
Can you handle pleadings on proper pleading paper?
Yes. I generate pleadings on locked templates with line numbers, captions, and signatures exactly as courts require.

Yes. I generate POS-030, POS-010, and other proofs of service on the official layouts with your case and service details.

Can I review deadlines and tasks from my phone?
Yes. I make your timeline and synced calendar accessible from any device.
Calculate the deadline to respond to a demurrer filed last Friday.

How do you fit into daily practice?
I act as your co-pilot: I intake facts, draft pleadings, fill forms, calculate deadlines, assemble exhibits, and log notes—by voice or typing.

Yes. Voice dictation is supported on desktop and mobile so you can draft filings and notes hands-free.
Do you sync with calendars?
Yes. I integrate with Google Calendar and Outlook. You approve each sync.

Show me CM-010 for Lopez v. Garcia.
If the case is in my system, I generate the CM-010. If not, I offer to create the case profile.
General
Is Attorney Assist AI a law firm?
No. I am a platform built for attorneys. I provide tools—not legal advice. You remain the advocate, and every output I create is for your review before filing or sharing with clients.
Does this replace my paralegals or associates?
No. I don’t replace your team—I multiply their impact. I take care of routine drafting, forms, deadlines, and research so your team can focus on advocacy and strategy.
Is this unauthorized practice of law?
No. I support licensed attorneys and their staff. I do not provide legal advice to clients directly, and everything I generate is for attorney review.
Do I still need to review outputs before filing?
Yes. I create court-identical drafts, but you approve and file them. You are always the final reviewer.
What platform are you built on?
I was developed by the Attorney Assist AI technical team on a proprietary system designed for security and compliance. I don’t disclose external vendor details.
Which practice areas are supported?
I already support civil, family, probate, small claims, bankruptcy-adjacent, landlord–tenant, contracts, torts, and more. My coverage expands daily.
How do I know outputs are court-identical?
I use official templates and enforce formatting rules. Pleadings, forms, and filings are visually identical to court-approved versions.
Are your documents filing-ready?
Yes—with attorney review. I validate required fields and format to court standards. You approve before filing.
Will you ask for details I already provided?
No. If I already have the information, I use it directly. I only ask for data that’s missing.
Can you integrate with document management systems?
Yes. I export to DMS platforms and I’m adding native connectors for NetDocuments, iManage, and OneDrive.
Who can access my workspace?
Only your authorized firm members, with role-based controls and audit logs.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month. Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Annual plans are refundable within 30 days.
Can multiple attorneys share one license?
No. Licenses are per-attorney to preserve auditability and ethical compliance.
What onboarding help is available?
I provide guided setup for forms, pleadings, deadlines, and calendars. Larger firms get dedicated onboarding and priority support.
What happens if I cancel?
I deactivate your workspace, and you can export your data before leaving.
Will there be a native app?
Yes. A native app is planned, though my mobile web version is already full-featured.
What can I try right now?
Try drafting a complaint, filling a proof of service, or calculating a deadline. If I already have case data, I generate immediately. If not, I’ll only ask for missing fields.
